Contactlenzenshop.be makes every effort to process orders from the webshop quickly.

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected delivery address and the availability of the ordered items. We aim to deliver to Belgium and the Netherlands within three working days. Delivery to other countries may take longer. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Shipping costs will be stated at checkout, in the email confirming your order, and in the details of your order on your account page.

As soon as the products to be delivered are delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk passes to the buyer.

Return Policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the good.

During this period, the Customer will handle the products and packaging carefully. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether the product meets the specifications mentioned in the offer. If the products have been used by the Consumer or have been damaged in any way, the right to withdrawal or cancellation of the agreement will no longer apply.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Contactlenzenshop.be, Oppelsenweg 87 in 3520 Zonhoven, Belgium via an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing by post or email) of his decision to withdraw from the agreement. The Customer may use the below model withdrawal form for this purpose but is not obliged to do so.

When the Customer invokes the right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all delivered accessories, if applicable, and in the original condition and packaging to Contactlenzenshop.be, Oppelsenweg 87, 3520 Zonhoven, Belgium. The Customer must prove that the delivered products have been returned in a timely manner to Contactlenzenshop.be, for example, by means of proof of postal delivery.

The costs for returning the goods and any insurance are borne by the Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the return shipping costs will not be borne by the customer if the delivered good or service does not correspond to the description of the offer.

If the Customer does not return the delivered products to Contactlenzenshop.be after the 14 calendar days period, the purchase will be deemed concluded by operation of law.

If the Customer withdraws from the agreement, Contactlenzenshop.be will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that point, excluding delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Contactlenzenshop.be has been notified of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the agreement. In sales agreements, Contactlenzenshop.be may wait to make the refund until it has received all goods back, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

For returns, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, and all responsibility relating to the goods also lies with the Customer.

Contactlenzenshop.be will refund the Customer using the same payment method that the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged to the Customer for such reimbursement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Customer may not invoke the above right of withdrawal for agreements concerning:

  • the delivery or provision of goods or services purchased from Contactlenzenshop.be at a discount (e.g., sales, outlet, discount code);
  • the delivery or provision of goods or services where the price is tied to fluctuations in the financial market which Contactlenzenshop.be cannot influence and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
  • the delivery of goods made to the specifications of the Customer, or clearly intended for a specific person;
  • the delivery of goods that perish quickly or have a limited shelf life;
  • the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
  • the delivery of goods that have been irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery;
  • the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the conclusion of the sales contract, but whose delivery can only take place after 30 days, and whose actual value is dependent on fluctuations in the market that the business cannot influence;
  • agreements where the Customer specifically requested Contactlenzenshop.be to visit him for urgent repairs or maintenance;
  • the delivery of sealed audio and sealed video recordings and sealed computer software whose seal has been broken after delivery;
  • the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for agreements for a subscription to such publications;
  • agreements made during a public auction;
  • the provision of accommodation other than for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental services, catering, and services related to leisure activities, if a specific date or period of performance is provided for in the agreements;
  • the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the Customer's express prior consent and provided the Customer has acknowledged that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal (e.g., downloading music, software);
  • the agreements for services for betting and lotteries.
