General Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the delivery and purchase conditions as described below.

Guaranteed Price
Contactlenzenshop.be guarantees the prices advertised on its website. 

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are 4.95 euros for Europe. Shipments are made by post or private courier service.
Shipping costs for lens fluid +0.50 euro surcharge.

Delays due to transport cannot be recovered from the seller. Costs for resending an order (8 euros: postage + administration costs) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders
Orders are placed online. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. All goods are usually available from stock. Upon delivery of the goods, you will find the invoice with all the information possibly needed for a refund.

Payments.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, iDEAL, PayPal, or Bancontact. All managed by Ogone.

Disputes
Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the district of the supplier where the registered office of the company is located. Only Belgian law applies.

User Conditions
The user is familiar with and satisfied with the ordered contact lenses and fluids. Notwithstanding the right of withdrawal below, incorrectly ordered lenses can only be exchanged with the approval of Contactlenzenshop.be.

- Contactlenzenshop.be delivers the contact lenses in accordance with the data provided by the buyer.
- The lens data you provide to Contactlenzenshop.be is no older than 12 months.
- The user has their eyes checked regularly, preferably every six months, by a contact lens specialist.
- Exchanges are only possible if Contactlenzenshop.be agrees to that. Fixed cost of 8 euros.
- Contactlenzenshop.be is responsible for the quality of the products supplied by it but is not responsible for the tolerance of the products and any possible consequences for the eye.

Warranty
Contactlenzenshop.be guarantees the quality and usability of the products supplied by it, as presented in the CE product information from the manufacturer. This warranty does not apply in cases where the defect is due to neglected care or intentional damage or negligence. For affiliates: upon receipt of your commission, you must create a proof (invoice) for the received commission. Contactlenzenshop.be is free to refuse an affiliate.

Cooling-off Period

In accordance with the laws regarding commercial practices and the information and protection of the consumer, the buyer has a right of withdrawal. For all non-personalized products, the buyer has the right to return them, without giving any reason, within fourteen working days of receiving the order. To do so, the buyer must inform Contactlenzenshop.be of the desire to return the product, and do so within fourteen days, following any shipping instructions from Contactlenzenshop.be. The buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product within two weeks after the return has been received, provided that Contactlenzenshop.be has received the article sufficiently postage-paid and on time.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article VI.47 for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose sealing has been broken after delivery.

The fourteen days of trial is not applicable to personal products, such as toric or personal lenses specially made for the buyer.

The European model withdrawal form can be requested from us via email.
